PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Our client wanted Building Regulation Drawings for a dormer loft conversion along with submission to Building Control. The loft conversion was to include a Juliet balcony with a bedroom and en-suite.
A loft conversion like this with the balcony too meant that our team could really dig deep into the depth of the project, utilising structural engineering and calculations of the design in order to make a perfectly suited and liveable loft that would be comfortable at any time.
