Conversion to Multiple Apartments

This project was to convert a long-unused listed commercial property in the heart of historic Hull’s old town. It originally comprised dock offices for 18th-century trading routes with a warehouse to the ready, all with significant English heritage listings and assets. We designed, gained approval and managed the building, delivering high quality modern apartments with testament and preservation to the original architect’s attention to detail and quality

Although poorly kept, with the guidance of Steve and CK Architectural, the finished result become 12 different apartments all of which spanning multiple floors and all of which were designed to keep the history and aesthetic of the property, all the while meeting modern design standards and efficiency to create a truly iconic finished project.
