Our client needed a lot of extra space to accommodate multi-age living, including an open plan kitchen, bedroom, shower room, en-suite and garage, this was challenging as it was in the curtilage of an English heritage listed building. We achieved the space with a single storey side and rear extension to part double storey extension, tying into the small terrace property without negatively impacting the neighbours was difficult and we needed a clever roof configuration to make it work.
